It’s quick and easy! We scan your website to train Mark right away. Then, you just confirm your data, add any FAQs or messaging preferences, and you're all set.
Does Mark stay updated on my business information, such as hours?
Yes! Mark automatically pulls your business hours and other info from your Google Business Profile and website. You can also edit and update details anytime.
How can I provide Mark feedback?
You can always update and add FAQs for Mark in the Admin. And if you need a hand, just reach out to our support team!
Can I keep my phone number?
Yes! You don’t need to change a thing. We’ll guide you through setting up call forwarding with your existing phone number. Once you’re happy with the results, we can optionally port the number and save you the cost of that phone line.
Are there additional fees?
The monthly subscription covers your access to the platform and allows for you to have unlimited users within it. The only other fee that may be charged is for usage of Phone, SMS & Email. However, these charges are minimal just $10 dollars will give you about 10,000 emails, 1,000 voice minutes or 1,000 text messages. Unless you are running extremely large marketing campaigns that much is sufficient for most small businesses.
